STARTERS

Sausage Plate   -  Local beer-braised pork sausage, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers and stone ground mustard,  grilled Ciabatta.

Fries    - Fresh cut Belgian fries and tomato chutney.

Poutine   -  Fresh cut Belgian fries with vegetarian brown gravy and cheddar curds.

Sweet Potato Fries  -   Thick cut French sweet potatoes with basil garlic aioli*.

Wasabi Deviled Eggs   -   Two halved boiled eggs with whipped wasabi.

Mediterranean Plate   (pictured above)  -  Hummus, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, olive tapenade, red onion, diced tomato, marinated feta, grilled Ciabatta.

Calamari   -   Rings and tentacles coated in a light spiced flour, quickly fried, served with spicy thai chili dipping sauce*.

Deep-Fried Brie   -   Golden brown crusted wedges of brie with roasted garlic cloves and toasted Ciabatta crostini.

Jalapeno Corn Fritters   -   Fritters of sweet corn and minced jalapeno,  served with orange jalapeno jelly.

SALADS and SOUP

Cobb Salad    -   Mixed greens, hard-boiled egg, grilled chicken, diced tomato, avocado, warm crumbled bacon and Oregonzola cheese in balsamic vinaigrette*.

Blackened Chicken Spinach Salad   -   Spinach leaves tossed with spicy blackened chicken, shaved red onion, roasted red pepper, cucumber and Oregonzola dressing*.

Beet and Chevre Salad   (pictured on left)  -   Mixed greens, roasted beets, chevre, and toasted pinenuts in balsamic reduction vinaigrette*.

Caesar Salad    -   Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese tossed in stone-ground mustard Caesar dressing* and Ciabatta crostini.

Chicken Satay Salad    -   Chicken satay, mixed greens, cilantro, red onion, roasted red pepper, cucumber in chile lime citrus dressing*.

Garden Salad   -   Mixed greens, cucumber, roasted red peppers, slivered red onion, and pine nuts in balsamic vinaigrette*.

HOT SANDWICHES

Grilled Mac ‘n Cheese Sandwich   -   House-made Oregonzola mac and cheese, melted cheddar, grilled tomato between rustic grilled Como.

Pulled Pork Sandwich   -   Beer-braised pork shoulder pulled and finished with our red ale BBQ sauce. Served on sesame brioche bun with grilled onions, cheddar cheese and side of pickled slaw.

Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich   (pictured above)  -  Grilled marinated chicken breast, hummus, cucumber, feta, tomato, and slivered red onion on grilled Ciabatta bread.

Pub Sausage  -  Beer braised sausage, caramelized onion, sauerkraut, cheese and sweet mustard barbecue sauce served on baked Ciabatta.

Portobello Sandwich   -  Marinated and grilled Portobello mushroom, sautéed spinach, caramelized onions, white cheddar and aioli* on grilled bread.

Brie and Chevre Baked Sandwich   -  Baked brie, chevre, caramelized onion, crisp bacon and cranberry jalapeno compote on Ciabatta.

Thai Chicken Sandwich   – Grilled satay chicken breast, cilantro, basil, roasted red pepper, lettuce, and sweet and spicy chile lime sauce* on grilled Ciabatta bread.

Hophouse Ham and Cheese   -  Hickory-smoked ham, tomato, caramelized onion, mustard barbecue sauce, Red Dragon cheese on grilled bread.

Salmon Wrap   -  Fresh salmon, pickled slaw, tomato, red onion and ginger aioli dressing* wrapped in a wheat or tomato basil tortilla.

BURGERS

Hamburger (ground Angus beef)  -  Comes with lettuce, tomato, aioli* on a fresh Grand Central brioche bun. Add avocado, bacon, sautéed onions, cheddar cheese, ham, brie, Portobello mushrooms.  Substitute Gardenburger for no additional charge.

Red Dragon Burger   -  Grilled hamburger topped with slice of Pit ham and Red Dragon cheese.

White Cheddar Mushroom Burger   -  Hamburger topped with sautéed Portobello mushrooms and white cheddar cheese.

Bacon Oregonzola Burger   -  Hamburger topped with thick slices of honey-cured bacon and Oregonzola cheese.

Blackened Jalapeno Cheddar Burger   -  Blackened burger, sauteed jalapeno peppers, melted cheddar cheese.

ENTREES

Macaroni and Cheese   -  Macaroni and creamy cheddar cheese sauce, topped with shaved Parmesan.

Pesto Pasta Salad   -  Cold elbow macaroni pasta tossed with pesto, sundried tomatoes, spinach, roasted red pepper, cucumber.

Salmon Fish and Chips   -  Tender salmon pieces in our pale ale beer batter, fried golden brown. Served with Belgian fries and pickled slaw.

kids meals  -  Mac and Cheese, Grilled Chicken & veggies, Grilled Cheese, Hamburger (2 sliders). All served with fruit or vegetables and milk or juice. Add fries or gelato/ice cream for additional cost.
